Boundaries: Healing Resentment & Relationships

Do you feel resentment in some of your relationships? Or have a hard time knowing if someone is toxic or safe? Boundaries are talked about a lot, but what are they really? Do you struggle with feeling like they are okay to have, or with how to establish them with family, friends, & coworkers? We will address these questions and more in our upcoming psychoeducation and process group, which will run for 1.5 hrs/session for 10 weeks.
