This group is every Tuesday at (ask the therapist) location from 2:00 p.m - 2:55 p.m. The group consists of encouragement, support, motivation to be best self and a variety of topic to promote positive, uplifting feelings about self and others. this is an ongoing group and during school it will take place on Saturdays at 10 a.m. Please check with your insurance to see if it is covered, if not you may self pay. Divorce group
I will be starting a divorce group for women via tele-health when I have enough interest. This group will be ongoing and will cost $40/session (Most insurance companies pay for groups.) It is on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. My schedule is flexible, This is an open group --eventually it will be in person.
