Body Image & Eating Disorder Support Group
This is a 1-hour open group every Wednesday night starting at 6:15pm with a 10.00 drop-in. This open group ( Meaning you can come whenever it feels good for you) will be a brave and safe place to exploring what has been hard over the week in relation to body image and ED coping mechanisms. Connecting With Body Wisdom
Mindfulness & Somatic Based Process Group for Persons Experiencing Disordered Eating, Clinical Eating Disorders, Body Image struggles, & Body Dissatisfaction. Learning to listen to the body's wisdom for many is a process of learning how to reconnect to the body's intelligence and cues. Connecting to Body Wisdom Process Group aims to re-connect self with the body & reduce coping strategies through---Trauma informed Yoga, Mindfulness, Mediation, and Breathwork. Group Therapy, Skill building, Journaling, & Self-Exploration. This group will be held in Fall of 2026 (please contact to be placed on wait list).
