Body diversity group

This group centers the experiences of fat people while welcoming anyone navigating body-based stigma / body image challenges related to size, disability, gender expression, or appearance. Through honest conversation, reflection, & creative exploration, we’ll name the real oppressive forces that come for our peace. We’ll also practice reclaiming comfort, connection, and joy. This will be a trauma-informed, neurodivergent and LGBTQIA2S+ affirming group that will create space for tenderness, grief, humor, and celebration. You belong here exactly as you are. When: Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 8pm, weekly for 6 weeks, starting February 25th Where: Online for folks in Oregon Cost: $25 per session
