Body Beautiful

Starting Thursday, November 5, 2015!!! Honoring the sacredness of our bodies through compassionate self-care, this is a 6-week discovery and empowerment group for women using educational and experiential tools to help restore a healthy balance between nurturing yourself and others. In this workshop you will learn tools that will help you to go deep within, listening to the wisdom of your body. The tools will help you to begin the process of restorative change.
