Blended Family Support Group

When we marry a person with kids from a previous marriage, hoping it will be better, reality often hits hard. The kids can feel like little terrorists, ex-spouses add pressure, and the challenges seem endless. I know this first hand – my husband and I are about to celebrate our 10th anniversary with our blended family of five kids, aged 27 to 6. I started these support groups because I believe blended families need help and support. We meet weekly to share issues, receive psychoeducation, and practice new tools and behaviors.
