Black Women Emotional Support & Connections Group
You are invited to join an emotional support group created by and for Black Women to be in community with one another. No code switching necessary here! No tone policing! No judgment about showing the full range of emotions, JOY, anger, sadness, despair, elation, confidence, love, triumph, fear. We will learn how to ask for, and receive support and feedback. We will learn how to support others simply by being present. The world can be hostile towards Black Women, let's create a refuge & healing space together. Let’s build community on the foundation of our shared experience, history, & culture.

Are you struggling with feelings of hopelessness, anxiety and loneliness? Are the events happening in the world, and/or personally increasing feelings of overwhelm or isolation? Do you crave a safe space to discuss things that are on your mind? The purpose of this group is to build emotional connections, for members to share their thoughts, process feelings, and build relationships. Members are invited to risk being vulnerable so they can be truly seen, understood, & genuinely supported. Members are encouraged to engage in compassionate and honest dialogue while being reflective and open. Healing together is powerful. Let's end loneliness.
