We are a purposefully and mindfully small practice that is dedicated to providing personable, high quality service in everything from billing and scheduling to the therapy you are coming to us to receive. We provide individual and relationship/family mental health counseling (talk therapy) for people 5 years old and up who are struggling with the problems of daily life, anxiety, depression, anger management, and a wide range of other mental health challenges.
