Birth and Beyond

A welcoming environment to connect with other women who are experiencing postpartum issues. Ladies of all ages are welcome whether you are a first time mom or a mom of several children. We will develop a sense of universality through relating with one another, hearing each person’s story, and learning practical tools to make it though this tender and complex season.
