A support group for Black, Indigenous and People of Color & Immigrants to connect and support one another on various topics of living in a white, western construct while holding intersecting identities. We will hold an emphasis on understanding & honoring your roots, creating empowerment through present-day reality, and building connections through community.

Topics may include: intimate relationships, expressing emotions, work & career, and examining & unlearning the ways we are socialized in society - all with the goal of fostering more authenticity, healing, connection, and partaking in positive change

Healers' Journey - Therapist Support Group
A support/process group for therapists and other healing professionals to gather, discuss the experience and journey of this work, and build connections and camaraderie through mutual support. Topics include self-care and healing, working with counter-transference, identifying and setting boundaries, creating sustainability and longevity, and unspoken topics of the mental health field. Esp. for Clinicians of Color - we will discuss how to honor and destigmatize non-Western & traditional methods of healing, and to approach this work outside of a medical framework
