BIPOC Supervision Group

Weekly clinical supervision group for therapists of color working toward licensure in PA, NJ, and DE. Facilitated by Marquita Bolden, LCSW. This is a space to bring your whole self to the work. Lead through an anti-racist, feminist, and trauma-informed lens, and grounded in EMDR and Internal Family Systems, the group makes room for deep clinical processing, cultural wisdom, professional community, and identity affirmation. We hold space for the dynamics BIPOC clinicians navigate, honor the ancestral strengths and lived experience you bring, and build a network where your intersecting identities are validated and your voice is amplified.
