Finding yourself wondering how to integrate various cultural traditions & values in your life while remaining true to yourself? The BIPOC Children of Immigrants Group is a healing and transformative space to discuss, share, and process your experience as a BIPOC, bicultural/multicultural individual. The goal is to gain a deeper understanding of what you have been through in a community of support, engagement, and empowerment, all within healthy & confidential boundaries.

Survivors of Sexual Assault Group - Virtual
1 in 4 women experience sexual assault - you are not alone. This processing group will provide a safe space for survivors to begin processing their trauma on a deeper level and understand the ways trauma impacts life today - all within the support and togetherness of others who have had similar experiences. Through sessions and story nights members can continue their journey of recovery by getting unstuck from the trauma, and move forward to rediscover the self. Members will further grow skills to begin caring for the self from a place of empowerment and healing, in a safe and confidential environment.
