Biography Group: Life Themes & Finding Meaning
Have you ever wondered about your life purpose, or the grand themes of your life? Come explore your biography to date with a group of fellow seekers. We will discuss each stage of life, its challenges and gifts, and explore our own destinies. We will share, draw, and use experiential learning. Materials provided. Anthroposophic biography work is the main modality. We will discuss turning points, discover special moments that impacted our own trajectory, and explore karma and life purpose. Women's Group: CPTSD Survivors of Sexual Trauma
This is an on-going process group for women with chronic PTSD who have survived sexual trauma such as incest, child sexual abuse, molestation, or marital rape. We explore the impact of the trauma(s), learn to identify and manage triggers, develop coping mechanisms, maintain safety, increase ability to access social support, tame PTSD, lessen anxiety and depression, process our experiences, build a plan for the future, and begin to heal somatically. Emotional safety is a high priority. Experience support under the guidance of a professional who is trained in trauma, abuse, and issues of sexuality. Call for an intake interview. We meet online.
