Binge Eating Recovery Program

This program uses a multifaceted approach to resolving uncontrolled eating behaviors and related psychological/emotional struggles. This twice weekly program provides education around causes of binge eating, methods of overcoming it, and development of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. We use an intuitive eating approach that supports individuals in identifying and listening to their bodies' unique hunger cues and food preferences. We also provide a customized group experience that allows each individual to explore and understand their own struggles and tailor their recovery plan to their unique needs.
