Beyond Words - A Women’s Group for Grief Support

This 6 week group series is designed specifically for women. It integrates expressive art therapies and somatic practices to support and heal the mind, body, and spirit from the impacts of trauma, grief, and loss. Each session is intentionally tailored to promote healing and relaxation of the mind and spirit through intuitive art practices like weaving, art journaling, and painting. Supportive prompts and gentle guidance will be offered for inspiration. No previous art experience is necessary, all materials are provided. The group size will be small, capped at 6 women.
