This in-person therapy group is for trans and gender-nonconforming adults seeking connection, support, and a place to be fully themselves. The group offers space to explore identity, relationships, stress, joy, grief, and resilience in a setting that is affirming, respectful, and nonjudgmental. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know what you want to say. This is a space to show up as you are and be met with care and understanding. In-person group in Los Angeles. If you’re caring for a partner, parent, child, or family member and feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or alone, this group offers emotional support and connection. We focus on the real experience of caregiving, including burnout, grief, boundaries, resentment, and love — without pressure to be positive or “do it better.” You don’t need to be in crisis or have the right words.
