Join us for a transformative group experience, co-led by myself, Tycee Belcastro, M.A., LMFT, CSTIP, and Heather Redding, a trauma-informed Holistic Wellness Practitioner and Certified Yoga Teacher. Together, we create a nurturing space to empower you with the tools and skills understand the emotional impact of sexual abuse and trauma, work through these challenges to reclaim your life, well-being, and holistic health—emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally, and sexually. We gather every Thursday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, ready to support you on your journey toward healing and empowerment.
