Beyond Body Image Group

This 8-week group supports individuals of all bodies, identities, and lived experiences in developing a more compassionate and accepting relationship with their body. Through guided discussion, mindfulness, self-compassion practices, and skills-building, participants will explore body image, shame, authenticity, societal messages, body trust, and identity beyond appearance. Group members will learn tools to reduce self-judgment, challenge harmful beliefs, strengthen embodiment, and engage more fully in valued living. This group offers a supportive community where participants can connect, reflect, and reduce isolation around body image struggles.

OCD Skills & Support Group
This 12-week group combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help participants build practical, trauma-informed skills for managing OCD. The first half of each session focuses on learning and practicing evidence-based tools for responding to intrusive thoughts, uncertainty, and compulsions. The second half is a supportive process group where participants can connect with others who understand the challenges of living with OCD, share experiences, and build community. This is a rolling group, with ongoing rounds offered both in person and online, allowing new members to join throughout the year.
