Beyond Belief - Deconstruction Support Group

A place for those questioning and reconstructing their worldview, especially those leaving dogmatic religious paradigms. In the deconstruction process, it often feels like removing one brick caused your whole life to crumble. In this group, you will receive information and support during your deconstruction process so that you can re-build yourself in a way that is authentic to you. You will receive guidance in connecting to your internal compass so that you don't transition from one controlling paradigm to another. Please note we will use trauma-informed, non-religious visualizations and meditations to promote mindfulness and body connection.
