Betrayal Trauma/Intimacy Deprivation Women's Group
Therapeutic work group focusing on practical skills for recovering from intimacy deprivation and/or sexual betrayal. Uses a partner betrayal trauma framework and structured recovery workbook specifically designed to help women living with a spouse's intimacy anorexia and sexual betrayal. Requires individual intake sessions prior to participation. Group 1 meets every other Tuesday 7:30-9:00 CST; Group 2 meets every other Wednesday from 7-8:30 PM CST; Group 3 meets every other Thursday 7:00-8:30. Option for attending face-to-face or videoconferencing.

Men's Sex Addiction-Intimacy Anorexia Group
Group for men recovering from intimacy anorexia, led by CSATs and certified Intimacy Anorexia Therapists. Structured, work-group format using material specifically designed for IA recovery. Most will also be in recovery for sex or porn addiction. Builds in support, accountability, empathy development, skills practice for re-establishing trust and helping partner and relationship heal. Requires initial, individual sessions to assess appropriateness for group. Meet every other week: Group 1 Tues 5:30-7 PM; Wed 7--8:30 PM; Thur 7:30-9 PM; Sat 11:30-1; Tues 7:30-9 PM. Option for in person or online.

NEXT WORKSHOP: SATURDAY JULY 12th 4:00-5:30 PM. Online or in person, 12-session workshop offering step-by-step guidance on applying empathy to help heal your partner’s heart after sexual betrayal. Learn to manage defensiveness and shame, attune to your partner's needs for emotional safety, practice tools for empathy and rebuilding trust in your relationship. Builds in empathy education, skill building, skill practice, support and accountability. Offers outreach to you partner to clarify realistic expectations for the pace of your growth. Future workshop options: Wed PM, Thurs PM; Sat. PM. Weekly or every other week.
