Betrayal Trauma Recovery Group (Women's and Men's)
Supporting individuals through betrayal trauma, these groups focus on managing triggers, building clarity, confidence, boundaries, and self-love, while fostering hope and promoting recovery. Held separately for men and women at both introductory and advanced levels. Participants will gain an understanding of betrayal trauma and the recovery journey, learn how to manage triggers and symptoms, increase clarity and self-confidence, open safe avenues for accessing connection and authenticity, and create a vision of hope.

Men’s Recovery Group
This group provides a place for men in recovery to practice new behaviors, gather feedback about issues they are working through, and learn how to give and receive sincere empathy and support. It is a resource for accountability to establish and maintain recovery and to live with integrity. Participants will learn about the addictive system, recovery system, strengthen their sobriety plan and relapse prevention plan. This group will help heal underlying wounds and provide authentic connection, which are necessary elements to create a healthy lifestyle and maintain healthy change.

Intimacy Bootcamp (Women's and Men's)
Participants are invited to reprogram unconscious beliefs and habits around intimacy. This group focuses on relationship maturity, healthy conflict, and establishing appropriate boundaries while deepening awareness of one’s emotional world. Individuals will learn to stay present in relationships without shame-based reactivity or fear-based withdrawal, while prioritizing emotional safety. In a supportive, collaborative environment, participants connect over shared struggles, reduce shame, and build practical self-care and intimacy skills—helping them show up as more grounded, connected partners, parents, leaders, and friends.
