This group allows people who have lost a loved one to share their struggles with others who have experienced a similar loss. We also use different therapeutic modalities to help group members to process the loss so that they are able to move forward with their lives despite their losses. This group will meet over Zoom.

We all have goals and dreams but sometimes it can be hard to figure out how to progress towards our goals. In this group we will define our goals, outline what we would have to do to reach them, explore what is getting in the way of moving ahead, and figure out how to remove our roadblocks.
