We use evidence-based modalities that include approaches discovered through research in Interpersonal Neurobiology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing. We use Biofeedback modalities that include LENS Neurofeedback, Heart Rate Variability (Heart Math), and Temperature Biofeedback.
