“Becoming Your Best Self” - Women’s Workshop

The challenges for women in today’s society continue to evolve at a rapid pace. Often unrealistic societal expectations and increasingly complex personal, familial, and work relationships contribute to the increase in stress-related disorders such as anxiety, depression, and social phobia among women. The goal of this workshop is to create a semi-structured forum for a select group of women to collaborate and develop the necessary awareness and coping skills to deal with some of the most prevalent issues affecting women today such as strained relationships, unregulated emotions, and loss of a sense-of-self.
