“Becoming Your Best Self” - Men’s Workshop
The challenges for men in today’s society continue to evolve at a rapid pace. Unrealistic societal expectations and increasingly complex personal, familial, and work relationships contribute to the increase in stress-related issues such as anxiety, depression, and social dysfunction among men. The goal of this workshop is to create a semi-structured forum for a select group of men to collaborate and develop effective coping skills to deal with issues such as strained relationships, unregulated emotions, and career challenges.
