This group is a supportive space for autistic adults—whether you are self-diagnosed, professionally diagnosed, or still exploring. No masking needed; just you, as you are. We blend real talk, practical tools, emotional processing, and neurodivergent-affirming care that honors your nervous system. Together we will explore topics such as masking/unmasking, unlearning internalized ableism, and dealing with executive dysfunction challenges.
