Autism Support Group for University Students
A weekly group for students who identify as autistic. We'll tackle daily experiences and student-life challenges, as well as group-chosen topics such as: Masking and unmasking on campus and in class; Sensory issues in dorms, classrooms, and social settings; Managing autistic burnout and meltdowns while balancing academics; Building authentic friendships and navigating relationships; Self-care strategies that work in a university environment; Thriving in a neurotypical academic world. Come connect with peers, reduce isolation, and build community. Get to know group members, find mutual support, and create a comfort level where you can truly be yourself.

Autism Support Group for Women/Gender Diverse
Autism support for Women/AFAB/Trans/Gender Diverse individuals self-identified or diagnosed in adulthood. You are invited to join this weekly, virtual, safe, consistent, and non-judgmental group to discuss what people are dealing with in their daily lives, as well as topics that the group members decide to discuss, such as masking, stimming, relationships, autistic burnout, autistic meltdowns, autistic selfcare, sensory issues, and working in a neurotypical world. Get to know other group members and build a comfort level where you can truly be yourself and unmask if you choose. Billable to your insurance or private pay. Financial assistance is available.

Autism Support Group for Parents/Caregivers
This weekly virtual group is designed to support parents and caregivers of children ages 8+. Together, we will focus on building community, sharing strategies, and strengthening parenting/caregiving skills in a safe, non-judgmental space. Using a strengths-based perspective, we explore ways to celebrate your child’s abilities while navigating school, friendships, routines, advocacy, and sensory needs. The group also emphasizes parent/caregiver well-being, self-care, and reducing isolation. Supporting yourself is key to supporting the autistic child that you care for.
