There are many misconceptions surrounding Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder - ADHD. One of them is that children will outgrow it. However, ADHD does continue into adulthood. In fact, many people do not receive the diagnosis until they are adults. This group will provide current and accurate information, as well as help you to navigate the many emotions involved in dealing with ADHD. The group is a place where you can meet others facing the same issues and help you feel less alone. We will also look at strategies to use so you can live well with ADHD and even discover some of the gifts of ADHD.
