Assignment groups are psycho-educational opportunities for clients to learn and grow using a developmental model approach. In each group, clients work with therapists and other clients to practice and complete a series of assignments designed to equip individuals to excel in life. There is a strong emphasis on building relationships and empowering each individual to live their most authentic and fulfilling life.
