Our Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group in Ogden is a structured, skills-based program designed to help you build effective coping strategies. This group provides a supportive environment to learn and practice skills, leading to lasting behavioral change and improved quality of life. Participants can opt for participating in the full comprehensive DBT program, which includes individual therapy, skills group, and phone coaching, or a standalone skills group depending on your needs.
