Asian-American Process Group

Do you crave deeper and more meaningful connections? Would you like to connect with other Asian-Americans? Are you curious about how your cultural upbringing influences the way you show up in groups? This group offers participants an experience of studying how they interact in the group. Group members reflect upon their experiences in the here-and-now in relation to the others, exploring interpersonal dynamics. Participants are encouraged to speak honestly and freely in the moment, which offers a chance to connect more deeply with oneself and with others.

Deepen Your Relationships: Expressive Arts Group

This relationship-focused group will invite you to discover more about yourself in relation to others through expressive arts activities, experiential exercises, and mutual sharing and relating to other group members. We will be exploring group and 1-1 connection through improv games, movement activities, visual arts and collective creativity to help deepen the exploration process. You will be invited to self-reflect, to practice empathic listening skills, and to develop your capacity to share & relate on a deeper level. You do not need to have any experience with the arts in order to participate.
