Art therapy support group for women in the midlife transition phase: Women ages 40-60 looking to connect and find support with others to process such areas as change in relationships, shifting or loss of roles, parenting, caring for aging parents, managing stress and anxiety, women’s health, sexuality, career, invisibility and renegotiating one’s identity. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this group is being offered online as an opportunity for social engagement in a safe manner.

Come join us at our Community Art Group. This is an opportunity for children of ALL abilities and ages to enhance social and emotional learning connections through structured creative engagement. This fun class will encourage hands on exploration of a variety of 2 and 3 dimensional art materials for children to express theirselves through their artwork while promoting such areas as aesthetic choice making, eye-hand coordination, independence and social skills development in a supportive environment.
