Restorative and Hot Yoga
A variety of yoga classes are offered at our studio, suitable for all body types and experience levels. Hot (Traditional 26+2) classes are in a heated room and help to build strength, flexibility, focus, and peace of mind. Restorative classes are slower paced, and focus on gentle movement, meditation, and mindfulness. Classes run daily M-F 6am and 5pm and S/S 8am.
