CRAFT
"CRAFT Group Therapy" almost always refers to Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT), an evidence-based, non-confrontational approach helping families & friends support a loved one with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) to enter treatment, teaching communication, positive reinforcement, self-care, and how to stop enabling while fostering healthier family dynamics and individual well-being. It's for "Concerned Significant Others" (CSOs), not the person using, focusing on changing family interactions to motivate the loved one, reduce conflict, and improve everyone's lives.
