Art for self care
Join us for the 4th Monday of every month as we create an art project that helps us to connect to ourselves and others. We have casual conversations including discussing stages of life, parenting, and womanhood! This is a safe space to just be and create. No art experience necessary. We meet every 4th Monday of the month and you can RSVP at risingsuntherapy.com. Cost is $25 for two hours, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Moms Gather: New Moms Group
Come and join other moms in this life transition while we learn, share, and support each other! Bring your baby 12 months old and younger to receive support from therapist and mom of 2, Leah Andreoni. Group is free and open each first and third Thursday from 6 pm to 7 pm at Rising Sun Therapy in Harleysville, PA. We support first time moms and new again moms! We are a casual group of moms who want to find our village and stop doing this alone! We have a nutrition specialist join us also!
