These on-line art therapy groups provide a supportive and nurturing environment for us to create together 'expressing what words cannot'. Sharing, so we are not feeling so alone and can be ourselves, together. Looking for your child to have some down time to relax, let go of all their anxiety and get lost in the 'Flow' of art? Using their own creativity they can express their feelings without words. Everyone works at their own pace, in a supportive and therapeutic on-line setting.

A creative introduction to the DBT Modules for teens; Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness using art therapy. Designed for a teen group, learning at their own pace, how to implement the DBT skills into their daily life using their creativity and art.
