Art Based Trauma Therapy Group
This group is open to women who are recovering from childhood trauma. We utilized art in every session, but you will also experience Brainspotting, EFT Tapping, and guided meditation. The group is limited to 6 members with two therapists. This is a hybrid group - in-person and virtual - and basic art supplies are all that is needed. The next round of this group begins on Monday, September 19, 2022, from 11 am - 12:30p. We look forward to supporting your continued healing.
