Armed with Self-love
Increasing self-esteem through music, body awareness, mindfulness, and emotion regulation techniques will all be used for healing. Focusing on family concerns, peer relationships, dating, school, self-esteem, and body image. This will be psycho-educational therapeutic setting divided by gender and age groups. The group will be facilitated to assist in restructuring thinking, engage in exposure exercises to improve acceptance and restructure core beliefs that recycle negative choices. Members will be selected through individual consultations. The concentration on healing and forward-moving. Focuses on the specific interests of its members.
