Treating any types of anxiety, such as phobias and social anxiety, in addition to depression is also part of the speciality. Modalities that are used are as following: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), Structural Dissociation and Ego State Therapy, MORE (Mindfulness Oriented Recovery Enhancement).
