Anxious Moms Social Hour

This group is intended for women with young children. The transition to motherhood is not always easy, and for those experiencing anxiety during, before and/or after pregnancy, it can be even more challenging. You will share experiences with anxiety and/or motherhood and connect with other women in a safe space. I created this group to decrease isolation among anxious moms and increase access to seeking self care and socialization. Please note AMSH takes place exclusively over Zoom at this time.
