Anxiety/Depression Cycles and How to Win Peace
Once enrolled for group you can then be put on the wait list for individual counseling if you are interested in individual therapy. This 8 week or 1 day (Saturday) intensive group will help you understand how anxiety enters your body and what you can do about it. It will teach you the thermostat of your emotional state and explore tools that you can use to have more peace each day. Your insurance may cover this therapy group.

This is a Christian Lens group that looks at family systems and how we attach in a Biblical way. Your insurance may pay for this group therapy
