Postpartum Adjustment Group

This group session is geared toward women, both new mothers and seasoned mothers, who are struggling with new lifestyle adjustments upon the birth of a new baby. Issues concerning depression, anxiety, marital concerns, parenting siblings, exhaustion due to lack of sleep, anger, bereavement, new baby and toddler development and other postpartum concerns.
