Anxiety Support Group for Adults
Come for relief, education, connection and comfort. The group is held one Sunday per month from 12-1 pm. It is an open group, meaning if there is space for a new participant, they are welcome to join. Participants must register prior to attending. What to expect: The facilitator of the group will provide a group theme and education on a topic that correlates with anxiety. For example, we may spend time talking about triggers of anxiety. Participants will learn tools for coping/self-soothing/grounding . Participants share as they feel comfortable.
