Anxiety Management Group
This group specializes in understanding anxiety, the development of anxiety, causes of anxiety, and helps clients to manage and eliminate the experience of anxiety. Group is the first Monday of the month from 7pm to 8pm and the first Saturday of the month from 11am to 12pm. Group can be attended online or in person. Insurance can be billed for sessions.
