This group is dedicated to help people learn about their anxiety through the use of CBT. Cognitive Behavior Therapy has shown tremendous effectiveness in helping people manage and overcome thier anxieties. This is done over the course of 8 weeks where people are educated about various techniques to understand their physical reactions, along with ways the body can counteract those sensations. Clients are safely guided through practice exercises while in group and will be expected to practice outside of group when given the tools to successfully do so. Currently there is space available for those interested in joining.
