Anxiety, Depression and Stress Management

Now accepting candidates, male and female. This group will utilize psychodynamic and psychoeducational (CBT&DBT) interventions in order for participants to develop the ability to manage anxiety, depression and stress. Applicants must be screened beforehand and accepted into the group. Call with questions or to schedule an intake.
