Anxiety, Depression and Addictions
My group sessions are designed for: Youths ages 16 to 18, Adults and older adults. My group sessions explore and address our group members' relationship situations, family dynamics, and the impact of their different environments to their thinking, feeling and behaviors that are seriously affecting current functioning. Life is very challenging especially during this time. We understand that many are experiencing emotional crisis caused by complex health situations, biological, hormonal, genetic, chemical, economic and psychosocial factors. The result is anxiety, addiction, divorce, grief, illnesses, work related problems and family problems. Get help!

Wisdom Circle Group
A therapy group for individuals ages 55 and above. People struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and loneliness. Key values of Wisdom Circle includes: Collaboration, inclusion, tolerance and trust in the creative abilities of members. The circle encourages members to listen deeply, support one another and grow together by honoring diversity and the wisdom of each individual. Impact: Wisdom Circle provides a space for personal reflection, self-discovery, and community building. Members learn non-judgmental listening, empower every voice, and help participants apply insights to their wider lives. Participants will build stronger connections with themselves, and each other, through intentional respectfulneness.
