Anxiety and Depression Group for Kids

This group is targeted for elementary and middle school age children to learn strategies to cope with anxiety and depression as well as ways to identify when this is occurring. The group goal is to create two groups (one elementary and one middle) mixed gender. The group will consist of 6 sessions meeting on a weekday after school hours for one hour. This is designed to be a more affordable option to individual therapy and a way to learn from other peers who have shared or different experiences.
