AnxieTEENS
Anxiety and stress as a teen can be hard to deal with and harder to understand. We will talk about the causes and negative thinking patterns of anxiety and teach effective coping strategies while creating community and having fun. We will have a Zoom group on Tuesday evenings and an in-person group on Saturdays @12:00.

Taking Care of Mama
Everyone asks about baby, but what about mama too? Our group aims to help mamas connect with other mamas, talk about postpartum experiences, and learn helpful stress management tools & relaxation techniques to manage motherhood. Our group has two meeting times to align with baby schedules: 11:00 & 12:00 via Zoom. You can sign up for one or both!
