Anger Management
This group is designed to be used for participants who suffer from a substance use disorder, anger management, and mental disorders. Participants participates in a 12-week anger management group treatment. The oncepts and skills presented in the group are best learned by practicing and reviewing the concepts between sessions. Group treatment will help develop the skills that are necessary to successfully manage anger.

Relapse Prevention for Men
Helping Men Recover addresses issues that many men struggle with, especially if they are experiencing problems with alcohol or other drugs. Goals of the group are to (increase self-awareness and identity, gain insight into how men socialize in our society, the impact of family of origin, grounding and relaxation techniques, improved communication, understanding power, violence, and abuse, improved relationships, coping with trauma and addiction, sexual identity, healthy sexuality, and understanding spirituality).
